Troy Bouk founded Bouk Law PLLC after building a distinguished career in mass tort litigation, public service, accounting, and fraud investigation. Before launching the firm, he was a partner at a national mass tort law firm, where his practice concentrated on product liability and drug injury litigation.
Mr. Bouk has contributed to leadership committees in some of the nation’s largest product liability litigations.He served on the Science and Expert Committee in Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi‑Level PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Liability Litigation and on the Statute of Limitations Committee in 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation.
Mr. Bouk brings substantial trial experience from years in the courtroom litigating and trying complex cases to verdict. Prior to entering private practice, he spent nine years as an Assistant State Attorney in the Special Prosecutions Division while also serving as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
Mr. Bouk began his professional career at Ernst & Young. He is a Certified Public Accountant and the recipient of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ 2002 Walker Award for achieving the highest national score on the CFE Examination. Mr. Bouk is admitted to practice law in Florida and the District of Columbia and is accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to represent veterans in VA benefits matters.
