My Story

Troy Bouk is the President and founder of Bouk Law PLLC.  Prior to founding Bouk Law, Troy was a partner at a large national mass tort firm, where he dedicated his practice to Product Liability and Drug Injury Litigation. Mr. Bouk served on the Science and Expert Committee in the In Re: Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-level Pap, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Liability Litigation, as well as the Statute of Limitations Committee in the In Re: 3M Combat Arms Earplug Products Liability Litigation.

Mr. Bouk is an experienced trial attorney and has successfully tried many cases through to verdict. Before entering private practice, Mr. Bouk served as an Assistant State Attorney for nine years in the Special Prosecutions Division, while simultaneously serving as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida. 

Mr. Bouk began his career at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s Big Four accounting firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant and the  recipient of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners 2002 Walker Award, for receiving the highest annual score in the nation on the CFE Exam. Mr. Bouk is a member of the bar in both Florida and the District of Columbia’s Bar.  He is also a VA Accredited attorney, and former Navy League Board Member.
